I really wonder what gives some people such a strong sense of self entitlement that they think they can happily abuse people in the service industry with their words just because they don't understand what we have stated clearly in our replies to them.

I'm sorry but I value my staff's sanity and mental well being more than what an unreasonable and overly demanding customer like you can ostensibly contribute to my brand.


Over the years we've had our fair share of dealing with complaints and whatnots.

And we always try our best to placate any unhappiness caused if we can help it. We also thought that we've been through all possible forms of unreasonable-ness.

But life surprises you sometimes.

Every now and then, there will be someone who takes the cake with a whole new level of ridiculous demands and abuse.

Of course, at the end of the day, these people do not matter.

Still feeling utmost thankful that majority of our customers are sweet and nice to us!

Definitely cannot expect 100% to be understanding but such episodes really make us feel a lot more appreciative of the nice people around. 💕

Decided on a dressed down look for Friday.
