Really gotta put in that extra bit of effort in eating clean(er) and getting back on top of my workout sessions. Gained so much weight + flab compared to last year it's not even funny.

I can literally feel my clothes getting tighter.


I'm not usually super particular about a bit of weight gain here and there but it's becoming flabby that really gets to me. Such an uncomfortable feeling. Ugh.

Gonna give myself a couple of months to get back into my previously healthier lifestyle.

My only problem is…


It's also not possible to eat at home every night because social calendar. How you tell me how.

But anyway I've recently been reading up on a type of diet plan.

Will try to summarise the points and share it here in a bit!
