Dayre is such a good way to spend train journeys. Admittedly I don't take public transport very often… So I don't have that many games or preloaded shows on my phone to keep me occupied.
So I usually just look at what other people do on the train, or glue my eyes to my phone and catch up on the stories from people who I follow on Dayre. Haha.
And yay! I just reached my stop. Alighting now brb!
Recently obsessing over this game called Duet.
My hand eye coordination is damn off so it makes it doubly frustrating. But it's so addictive I can't stop. Hahaha. Give it a try if you're looking for new games to download!
Play until pek cek not my fault kay. Lol. 😂
Visited the dog pool yesterday with the little puff and she didn't seem too keen to swim unlike previous times we brought her!
I think I've dayre-d about it before but can't remember which day. The pool place is called Sunny Heights and it's at 110 Turf Club Road.
Paid $16 for an hour entry into the pool and $2 for rental of the life jacket. The rates vary according to the size of your dog!
The pool looks like this!! It's pretty huge but can get crowded especially with the larger dogs around.
It was a good day to bring her for a swim cause the sky was slightly overcast but thank goodness there was no rain the entire time we were there!
Technically she only swam for about 30 mins hahah. We had to keep bringing her to the middle of the pool cause she kept swimming back to the shore with all her might. 😒😒😒
DIS FATTY PUG SO CUTE.
It basically looked like a roll of black sausage haha we were wondering how it was gonna swim with no life jacket.
And true enough it sank whenever the owner lets go of it. Hahahaha.
Lol my baby is so tiny!!
And she is truly the most anti social dog on earth. This is what happens when other dogs try to sniff her out. Or get near her. Small dogs she also scared.
This golden retriever puppy (only 6 months old but so huge!!) was ultra friendly and not aggressive at all but she also scared until retreat into one corner.
走投无路 so poor thing!! Hahaha.
We had to keep looking out for her in case other dogs devour her alive. Hahaha nah just kidding. But some of them can get pretty feisty la so we had to be extra careful.
Check out that tiny white blob next to the German Shepard. That's how tiny she is!
Her size deflates by half whenever she goes into water and she ends up looking like a sad little mole rat.
Don't know why but the retriever puppy was super interested in making friends! 🐶💕🐶
But xiaobai was being herself and just like IDGAF so after a while the retriever went to make friends with other dogs instead.
And also, yesterday marked the first time she was able to swim on her own without the life jacket!!
So proud of her. I can't even swim to save my own life. Lol. 😂
After the swim we spent 20 minutes bathing and drying her at the shower machine. Then stood around watching other dogs play fetch.
The corgi is damn good at fetch! Can catch the ball in mid air all. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Dinner for the humans after swimming was Thai food at Nakhon Kitchen.
Long queue as usual but the pandan leaf chicken thing tasted really yummy omg. It's not in the photo tho hahaha.
Went to Creamier after dinner and the queue there also….. Neverending one please. Had to share a table with others but it's better than not having a seat!
I like Sunday Folks more because soft serve + systematic queue system. But Creamier is much more convenient for me in terms of location.
Just that the crowd is really a bit too overwhelming la.
Sea Salt Gula Melaka + Chocolate Banana!
