Yesterday made me remember how good it feels to sweat it out and wake up embracing all the muscle aches.

Took me some time to dig out my gym bag cause it's been TOO long. Too long for my own good. 🌚

But then…

Granny here ended up with wrecked knee while doing step ups. πŸ‘΅πŸ»πŸ˜₯😭

It's so painful whenever I exert pressure on it. Am hobbling around like an old person now. Grrrr. Thinking of visiting a physio in a few days if it doesn't get well.

Anyone has recommendations?

How much does consultation cost?

Am so inexperienced in such matters cause I've never needed any!!

Did an in-body analysis and a quick review with my PT before training yesterday since I haven't been there in a while… πŸ™ƒ

We compared the results from my first in-body done a year ago and the one I did yesterday.

And I lost 6kg!

Am not saying that weight loss is always good but I'm pretty pleased because my loss is mostly from fats!

And I've been diligently improving my lifestyle choices over the past year so this is really big for me.


I'll dayre about my in-body results soon… Just got home and nursing a really bad headache. Imma go shower and lie down, close my eyes pronto.

Had a really good, productive day at work today so I'm not gonna complain (too much) about the headache. Haha.
